2. Service Description
AgentsAbroad provides an international property listing platform connecting non-resident property owners with our network of licensed local agents worldwide.
Our Services Include:
- Property listing and marketing services
- Access to our network of qualified local agents
- Property sale facilitation and transaction management
- Communication services between property owners and buyers
- Document management and legal coordination
- Additional services (photography, key holding, surveys)
Service Locations:
- Spain: All regions including Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, Barcelona, Canary Islands
- Portugal: All regions including Algarve, Lisbon, Porto areas
- Cyprus: All regions including Paphos, Nicosia, Limassol, Larnaca, Ayia Napa
3. User Registration and Accounts
3.1 Registration Requirements
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Own or have legal authority to sell the property you wish to list
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
3.2 Account Types
Property Owner Accounts:
- Access owner dashboard and communication tools
- Receive property updates and offers
- Manage property information and viewings
Agent Accounts:
- Access property listings (subject to approval)
- Communicate with property owners through our platform
- Manage client appointments and viewings
4. Fees and Payment Terms
4.1 Property Owner Fees
Onboarding Fee:
- Amount: £395 (inclusive of VAT where applicable)
- Payment required prior to property listing
- Covers access to agent network and platform services
- Non-refundable once onboarding process has begun
Success Fee:
- Spain: All regions estimated 3% of final agreed sale price
- Payment due within 7 days of property sale completion
- Applies to all property sales through our agent categories
- Calculated on the final completion price in the sale summary
4.2 Additional Services (Optional)
- Professional Photography Services: professional photographs, panoramic and drone photography, virtual tour creation
- Key Holding Services: Secure key storage and management, viewing coordination and access
- Legal and Survey Services: Access to legal and property, legal documentation support
5. Property Listing Requirements
5.1 Property Owner Obligations
You warrant and represent that:
- You are the legal owner or authorised legal representative of the property
- All property information provided is accurate and complete
- The property is legally available for sale
- All necessary permits and certifications are valid
- There are no undisclosed legal issues or encumbrances
5.2 Required Information
- Complete and accurate property description
- Current photographs (minimum 5 high quality images)
- Ownership details and location details
- Asking price in local currency
6. Platform Use and Conduct
6.1 Acceptable Use
Users must:
- Use services for legitimate property sales only
- Provide truthful and accurate information
- Respect other users’ privacy and boundaries
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Report any suspicious or inappropriate behaviour
6.2 Prohibited Activities
- Use the platform for any illegal purposes
- Attempt to circumvent security measures
- Upload malicious software or code
- Harass, abuse, or threaten other users
- Infringe on any intellectual property rights
- Create false or misleading listings
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We process data in accordance with UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations.
As we operate internationally, your data may be transferred to countries outside the UK with appropriate safeguards.

8. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
We are required to comply with UK anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to provide government-issued identification, proof of address, source of funds documentation, and additional information for enhanced due diligence.
Failure to provide required AML documentation may result in delayed or suspended services, inability to complete property transactions, or account termination.
9. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for continuous service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Our total liability is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for actions of agents in our network or third-party service provider failures.
10. Termination
You may terminate your account by providing 30 days’ written notice. We may terminate your account immediately for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or violation of applicable laws.
Upon termination, your access to our platform and ceased, we will retain data as required by law, and outstanding fees remain payable.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes. Before initiating legal proceedings, we encourage direct communication and mediation to resolve issues.
12. General Provisions
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and AgentsAbroad. We may update these Terms periodically with notice via email or our website.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. We may assign our rights and obligations, but you may not assign yours without our written consent.
